Before becoming one of the top producing agents in the region, Kristine worked as an Institutional Bond Salesperson for 15 years. Her tenure as a Vice President at several top tier Investment Banks, including Nomura Securities and Credit Suisse First Boston, allowed her to work directly alongside many of Wall Street's greatest negotiators.

With a life-long love of architecture and design which began at the university level as a student of Art History, Kristine spent several years successfully developing numerous residential properties. Her in-depth knowledge of design, cost analysis and construction management add another layer of expertise to her resume.
